Washing and drying methods
Machine wash
- Turn the garment inside out : This helps preserve the flocking by reducing wear due to contact with other clothes or the machine drum.
- Use a washing bag : A fine mesh bag is ideal for limiting friction and protecting the flocking from possible damage.
- Gentle program : Choose a delicate cycle to avoid excessive agitation which could damage the fabric or prints.
- Controlled soaking : If you soak the garment, limit the duration to prevent the flocking from peeling off.
Hand wash
- Suitable temperature : Wash in cold or lukewarm water. Hot water can weaken the glue used for flocking.
- Gentle cleaning : Clean stained areas gently to avoid damaging printed elements.
Drying
- Inside Out : Dry the jersey inside out to protect the flocking from direct sunlight, which can cause fading.
- Avoid wringing : Use a gentle spin cycle or your machine's dehydration program to preserve the garment's shape.
- Air dry : Allow to dry in a ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, to prolong the life of the fabric.
Flocking repair
- Ironing : If the flocking starts to come off, you can use an iron. Place baking paper between the iron and the fabric, then apply light pressure to set the flocking. Do not overheat and always test on a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding.

If your order is held by customs, we are automatically notified. We will ship you a new order and you will receive a tracking number within 3 business days.

Cancellation of order

Size Issue and Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to size errors. Please be sure to check the size guide before ordering. However, if there is a problem on our part, we will immediately issue a refund.
